Cancellation Policy

No refunds. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Phoenix Academi Release of Liability - I authorize my child to participate in athletic training sessions with the Phoenix Academi. I specifically acknowledge that the school does not assume responsibility for any injury or the results of any injury during the physical activities. In the event, that any injury occurs during a session, I assume financial responsibility for all emergency medical/dental services rendered. I furthermore release the Phoenix Academi from any liability in the event of injury to my child while participating in any activity the Phoenix Academi provides. I have carefully read this release and fully understand its contents. This authorization remains in effect as long as my child is a student at the Phoenix Academi. By purchasing any service, I authorize the purchase as my signature of agreement to the contract above.
