Cancellation Policy

No refunds. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Phoenix Academi Release of Liability - Phoenix Academi Policy and Agreement Monthly Plans -Monthly plans will auto-renew until canceled. -No contracts. -No cancellation fee unless the request to cancel is made after the auto-renewal date. -$25 cancellation fee for requests made after the auto-renewal date. -No refunds. In case of unforeseen cancellations by Phoenix Academi, a make-up session may be offered but no refunds will be issued. -All canceled practices are covered by the extra 15 minutes given at the end of every practice. Code of Conduct Phoenix Academi values a positive and respectful environment. All participants and their families are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect for others, and maintain a supportive atmosphere. Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in dismissal from the program. Photography Clause I grant Phoenix Academi the right to photograph my child during training sessions and events for use in marketing materials, promotional content, and social media. If I do not wish for my child to be photographed, I will submit a written request to Phoenix Academi. Phoenix Academi Release of Liability I authorize my child to participate in athletic training sessions with Phoenix Academi. I specifically acknowledge that Phoenix Academi does not assume responsibility for any injury or the results of any injury during physical activities. In the event of an injury during a session, I assume financial responsibility for all emergency medical or dental services rendered. I furthermore release Phoenix Academi from any liability in the event of injury to my child while participating in any activity provided by Phoenix Academi. I have carefully read this release and fully understand its contents. This authorization remains in effect as long as my child is a participant at Phoenix Academi.
